Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern purchases and use of the FNC STORE online store at fnc-store.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by FIGHT OF NATIONS d.o.o., Ulica Božidara Magovca 23, 10010 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, OIB: 66147582132, VAT ID: HR66147582132, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb (MBS 080980088) ("FNC STORE", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@fnc-store.com.

By placing an order in the Store you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

1. Products

We make every effort to present our products accurately. Product images are illustrative: colours and print position may differ slightly from what you see on screen due to display settings and production tolerances. The fibre composition of each textile product is stated in its product description. All products are offered while stocks last.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include Croatian VAT. Shipping costs are not included in product prices; they are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country and are payable by the customer, as described in our customs information pages.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

3. Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. After you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail; the contract of sale is concluded when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order in justified cases — for example where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or an obvious error occurred in the listing — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full without undue delay.

The contract is concluded in English. Croatian consumer protection law applies to consumer purchases.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers; we do not store your card details. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, carriers, shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy. If you are a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us of your decision before the period expires — by e-mail to contact@fnc-store.com, through the returns portal at account.fnc-store.com, or using the model withdrawal form available on our Shipping & Returns page.

You must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example the Cage Canvas With Your Name). Full details are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Under Croatian law implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771, we are liable to consumers for any lack of conformity of the goods which exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery. If goods are not in conformity, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity (repair or replacement), or, under the conditions provided by law, to a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. This legal guarantee is free of charge and is not affected by anything in these Terms.

8. Complaints

You may submit a written complaint (prigovor) by e-mail to contact@fnc-store.com or by post to FIGHT OF NATIONS d.o.o., Ulica Božidara Magovca 23, 10010 Zagreb, Croatia. We will confirm receipt of your complaint without delay and reply in writing within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Store — including the FNC and FIGHT NATION CHAMPIONSHIP names and logos, product designs, photographs, text and graphics — is the property of FIGHT OF NATIONS d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. It may not be used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or for indirect loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was concluded.

12. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute directly with you. If a dispute cannot be resolved, consumers in Croatia may refer it to a body for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes, such as the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Economy (Sud časti HGK) or the Conciliation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Economy; the list of notified ADR bodies is published by the ministry responsible for consumer protection. Consumers in other EU member states may contact their national ADR bodies or their local European Consumer Centre.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts concluded through the Store are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb, without prejudice to mandatory rules on consumer jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or in our services. The version published in the Store at the time you place your order applies to that order.
