Returns: 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and with original tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, unworn and unused, with all labels and tags attached.

You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for the return address.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds are processed using the original form of payment within 14 days of us receiving the return. Delivery costs are excluded from the refund unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered.
